General conditions of sale

Payment by credit or debit card is made through the secure payment gateway of the bank. 1. Delivery methods

The shipping companies used by Squali Swim are Tipsa and Correos.

2. Order delivery times

The estimated delivery time for Squali Swim orders is 48 hours.

Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a warning message in your email.

In the event that cannot meet this deadline, the client may proceed to confirm, change or partially or totally cancel the order. If the client opts for total cancellation, the amount paid will be fully refunded within a maximum period of three working days.

Squali Swim reserves the right to make partial shipments, at no additional charge to the customer.

Transport transit, the time that elapses from the time the order leaves our warehouses until delivery, is established as one (mainland Spain) two days.

Squali Swim only makes national shipments.

3. Shipping costs

The rates for each area will be calculated based on the geographic location of the recipient and the weight/volume of the total items purchased. Shipping costs appear separately from the item price and do not include taxes, which will be calculated separately if applicable.

When all the items in the basket are confirmed, the online store automatically calculates the shipping costs. If you modify the items in your basket or change the destination of your order, the transport costs may vary.

4. Customs and taxes

Deliveries only in Spain

The prices of the products that are for sale in the online store include 21% VAT (items and shipping costs).

Orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are subject to various customs expenses and taxes specific to their Autonomous Community. The payment of these, if they originate, will correspond to the client and will be paid at the time of delivery of the merchandise.

5. Precautions at the time of delivery

It is the responsibility of the recipient to check the shipments upon arrival, stating in writing at the time of delivery the observations and claims that he deems justified (including rejecting the package) if he verifies that the package is likely to have been opened or shows clear signs of deterioration . 6. Changes and returns

Any item purchased at has a total satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return part or all of the order, communicating it within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the merchandise. Once we receive the product and confirm its good condition, we will refund the amount of the item but not the shipping costs paid in the order.

If you wish to change the size, color or model of the purchased item, a new delivery will be made with return for a charge of €6.95 including taxes. This process will be effective as long as it is shown that the order is in perfect condition. The reshipments are usually made by Tipsa, if you choose another method you must bear all the expenses.

If you wish to make any changes or returns, you must pay the shipping costs for €6.95.

In the case of defective products or that do not correspond to the order placed by the client, we will assume all the expenses derived from the change and subsequent shipment of the correct order. Upon receiving the package, the good condition of the product will be confirmed and that it was indeed an error on our part. Next, the new product will be shipped.

In no case will the change or return of used items, handled by the customer or that do not arrive in their original packaging, be accepted. Returns due postage or cash on delivery will not be accepted either.

The wear or deterioration caused by use, misuse or the passage of time will not be a reason for change.

7. Custom Orders for Equipment.

The policy cited in the previous paragraphs applies solely and exclusively to any order from the Squali Swim collection.

Personalized orders for equipment are on demand and solely and exclusively manufactured and sent for the person who orders said order, therefore returns are not accepted unless the product arrives in poor condition or is defective. The client will have 15 days from receipt of the same to check its status and notify Squali Swim.

Once verified, a new order will be processed for the client without any additional cost. In no case will the amount of the original order be refunded.

Returns are not accepted for the following cases:
